Um...assuming my understanding of your question is correct (The league removes either the back court violation or out of bounds rule- which would I prefer they remove?), I would have to go with backcourt violation.

It would be totally ridiculous to remove out of bounds rules, becuase then players would just be running around all over the arena, and it would be incredibly stupid. Removing the back court violation would be stupid too, but marginally less stupid than ridding the court of any boundaries.

Oh. Well then the NBA should enter the cheat code for extra big heads. Or at least the super dunks mode, where you can dunk from half court, that'd be cool.

and we should be able to edit players stat ratings. For instance, its pretty clear Roger Mason's 3pt shooting rating should be higher, we should just be able to bump it up and start the season over. It would only make things fair.
