Billups is so freaking good at defense. Because of this game I now hate him.

tough loss. Denver is a better team without Melo IMO.
The refs were freaking terrible tonight, they were bad for both teams. Roy should be getting star calls now, but he just isn't. The officiating was just aweful

    we will get them tomorrow.

Rudy was cold again, and Outlaw was a black hole in the fourth,

Hopefully we can get them tomorrow. I'm really hoping the Blazers stay in the hunt, not just for the playoffs but for the division win.

    Blazerman

The Blazers sucked tonight and Denver played hard bottom line

Its beyond me why the Blazers dont drop it into Oden more often, he could easily get undersized defenders to pickup more fouls than they are. Oden does a good job passing it out to open shooters if the double teams come his way and when given more touches his comfort level seems to grow and he becomes more aggressive especially with his offensive rebounding.

Oden does take himself out of the game with his fouling, something he has to work on.

Blake is a decent point guard but he lacks the ability to penetrate with passing skills in the post, something Oden and Aldridge would benefit from greatly.

I like Blake but hopefully the Blazers can address the need for a point guard that can take these young starters to another level. Blake could be a great fit with the 2nd unit because its obvious he lacks in the ability to get everybody good looks at a shot and that is a must with your starters.

The Blazers have loads of talent and its easy to overlook this flaw in our offense when things are rolling but it sticks out like a sore thumb when we play against a team that has a defensive minded point like Billups and youll notice Blake becomes more of a shooting guard and Roy acts more like a point. It'll work from time to time but I notice others end up watching Roy create instead of doing screens and setting picks.

The Blazers are an excellent outside shooting team but imagine how good they'd be if other teams had to worry about an inside game. Oden would probably average 5 assists a game just on kickouts alone and the 3pt fg percentage would be even more impressive.

    Something to think about!

Woo! Just got back from the game (Tuesday's). Refs were killing us again early but we still got 'em!

Seats were awesome too! 113-B-1. Right up there on the court. You could see the back of my head on the telecast haha.
