    I agree, some picks can be called bad luck, but when you consistently have picks become busts, I just have to think its not bad luck, but bad management.

    To me the Clippers and Knicks aren't unlucky, they just have had really bad management. Not to mention Donald Sterling is one of the worst owners ever in the history of sports. However, if I had to choose unlucky, it would have to be the Utah Jazz. The Jazz would have had multiple championships if it wasn't for the those great Bulls teams.
