Ninety-Nine Nights
3/10
Tons of potential, tons of fail
Call of Duty: World at War - 8.9/10
Love this game, I'm addicted.![]()
SUPER BOWL CHAMPS!
Call of Duty: World at War -- 9/10 (disappointing because it should have been 10/10)
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed -- 8/10 (surprisingly good)
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune -- 10/10 (still one of the best PS3 games)
battlefield: bad company. cool game 8.5/10
Gears of War 2 - 9/10
Left 4 Dead - 10/10 (possibly the best online play of any game ever made. It is the only one that can even compete with COD4 imo)

Too Human - 6/10
Had the potential to be an AMAZING game, but it feels like they rushed it out at the last second without putting on finishing touches. Things that were really irritating included:
-the lack of any sort of healing system. Monsters randomly drop "health orbs" that can only be used the moment they're dropped, and can't be stocked up for boss battles or anything like that, so if you're dying you pretty much have to cross your fingers and hope you can kill a monster holding a health orb before it so much as breathes on you... which never happens
-some of the physics of the game are really ****ed up. There's a spider-monster that you encounter somewhat frequently, and its primary attack is to slam its front legs into the ground to create a shockwave that can knock you over. So you'd think that you could jump in the air to avoid it, but APPARENTLY this monster is so strong that it also breaks the sound barrier and can knock you out of the air and kill you. YAY PHYSICS!
-There are only four levels, and the game ends up being about 15 hours long.
There are other things, but those are my main complaints.
I have heard Too Human is basically a Diablo clone without the online part which makes it pretty ******. Ill probably rent it sooner or later though.
Left 4 Dead is really really fun but it chugs on my laptop so I can't really review it.
I might save my money and build a 500-600$ gaming PC soon though.

Mirror's Edge : 4/10
I suck at video games but I caught onto this in about 3 seconds. A lot of the moves are pretty much automated and it makes the gameplay simplistic. I'm not saying I'm awesome at the game or anything, but I felt like after ten minutes I had seen all there was to see.
This is a hilarious review of it.
