With him on the IR the wild recall Krys Kolanos to fill the void at center.
Center was already one of our weaker positions. What should we do?

http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=252924The Minnesota Wild placed forward Pierre-Marc Bouchard on injured reserve Friday. Bouchard has been sidelined with back spasms since a season-opening win over Boston on October 11. He missed Minnesota's road wins over Atlanta and Florida this week. The sixth-year pro has racked up 61 goals and 223 points over 355 games, all with the Wild.
To fill the roster spot, the Wild recalled forward Krys Kolanos from Houston of the American Hockey League. Kolanos has 35 points over 115 NHL games with Phoenix and Edmonton, but has not played an NHL game since December 2005.
The Minnesota Wild called up center Krys Kolanos from AHL Houston on Friday as an emergency replacement.

Depends if you are going for the ring this year or if you are going to rebuild with a trade of gaborik

I honestly believe this team could win without Gabby if it got decent talent back... I understand that the players they get back will more than likely be prospects, but if he gets traded to a veteran team, those prospects could be good enough, just not ready enough for "that team". This team is already running with some good youngsters, so what's a couple more? Also, this team is a team that wins with defense, not offense. So, losing it's best offensive player, who misses 25% of every season due to injury anyways, won't be that big of a blow.
Does anybody know how long he's going to be out for?
^ ha very true

I'm not worried about it. We can fill the void for a while and it's not like he'll be out all year.
We're finally getting healthy!!!
Bouchard practiced with the team Tuesday, and Lemaire said he appears ready to go. So he could be back for tomorrows game!!!
Also Zidlicky should make his Wild debut tomorrow!!
