Game Thread and Predictions
Saturday, September 27th
12:00 PM EST -Maryland @ #20 Clemson
Prediction:Maryland has looked a lot better the past two weeks but i still don't think they are good enough to beat a team like Clemson. Clemson wins 34-14
12:00 PM EST - Virginia @ Duke
Prediction: Virginia has looked very bad in 2 of the 3 games they have played thus far, and i'm not sure if thats going to change. I can't believe that i'm going to take Duke in this one Duke wins 17-10
12:00 PM EST - North Carolina @ Miami
Prediction: Both of these teams have some injuries to key players but UNC is going to struggle without their starting QB. They usually play Miami well and i don't see that changing Miami squeaks out a win 27-23
1:00 PM EST - Rhode Island @ Boston College
Prediction: Rhode Island is not good..at all. This should be a week where BC works out some kinks on the offensive side of the ball BC wins 37-3
3:30 PM EST - Colorado @ Florida State
Prediction: Both of these teams have started out the season very well. I hate picking against the ACC but i really don't like FSU. Colorado's great start continues and they win 31-20
3:45 PM EST - Navy @ #16 Wake Forest
Prediction - Navy is great running the ball but i don't think they can hang with a team who possibly could be the best in the ACC. Wake wins 27-17
7:30 PM EST -#13 South Florida at North Carolina State
Prediction:NC state will be riding a wave of momentum coming into this game and i think that will cause them to keep it way closer then it probably should be. However South Florida is just to talented and will win 34-20
8:00 PM EST - Virginia Tech @ Nebraska
Prediction:Va Tech has looked a little bit better in the past 2 games but this is another tough test. Nebraska really hasn't played anyone but they have looked good Nebraska wins 24-20
Last weeks record: 7-1
Hughest4 season record: 25-11
We should keep a running tab on who picks the most correct games. At the end of the season we will see which of us knows ACC Football the best.
