Kurtis Foster was skating on Tuesday for the first time since suffering a horrific leg injury on March 19.
Foster crashed into the boards last season in a game against San Jose breaking his femur. He skated for about 40 minutes. "It felt good," Foster said. "I'm still a long ways away [from playing], but it felt so good to be out there. It wasn't pretty, but I'm excited." Don't expect much this season from Foster, but he could return to the Wild lineup as early as the beginning of November.
