All practices at Anaheim ICE are open to the public and free of charge
The Ducks will open their 15th Training Camp on Saturday, Sept. 20 at Anaheim ICE. All of the club’s practices at Anaheim ICE will be open to the public and free of charge.

On the first four days of Training Camp, the team will hold two simultaneous practice sessions on two sheets of ice (NHL and Olympic size). Practices will begin at 9:45 a.m., with a scrimmage starting at 10:45 a.m. On the first day of practice (Sept. 20), the Anaheim Ducks Street Team will be on hand with a limited supply of Ducks merchandise for lucky fans in attendance.

Anaheim ICE is located at 300 West Lincoln Avenue in Anaheim (one mile east of the 5 freeway off the Lincoln Ave. exit). Parking is available in two separate structures adjacent to the building.

The Anaheim Ducks’ first preseason contest is set for Wednesday, Sept. 24 vs. San Jose at Honda Center (7:05 p.m.). Individual game tickets for the preseason are also now on sale, with regular season individual game tickets set to go on sale Sept. 20. Jake Gardiner will not be at the Anaheim Ducks rookie camp which opens on Friday.
Gardiner was the 17th overall pick in the June Entry Draft and the only American high school player taken in the first round. He will play college hockey at Wisconsin and is expected to stay there for at least a couple of years. Gardiner has excellent offensive upside and the defenseman is also an outstanding skater. He needs help on the defensive part of his game, which he should get at Wisconsin.
