It's hard to say because Public Enemy is more political and aren't listened to much of the youth of today. As for Bone, they made more of my fav jams, so I'll go with them but PE was very important back in the day.

That is true, puts PE at a major disadvantage. I still like them a lot, its just they are going up against BTNH.
