    He is a ballhawk.

    He played very well today.

    Terrell Skinner...that's his name.
Yeah, Skinners a beast, probably the best player on our defense, outside of MAYBE Phillistin. He is a little too agressive though.

My analysis of the ACC today...

The best 2 teams lost. This isn't the year for them. Wake Forest may as well be the best of the ACC. UM will loose next week, FSU is rebuilding, no one is good in that conference. UVA got cruhsed. Very dissapointed by their play today.

How do you know that nobody is good. What about Wake Forest and Boston College? Who is to say this isn't the year Miami gets good again? Maybe Clemson just wasn't ready for the National Spotlight and just choked. Who is to say they won't win out the rest of the year?

The D absolutely dominated, and the running Game was insane

Steffy is really the only thing holding them back, he is terrible the rest of the team is legit

Miami is young, especially at QB. Watch Florida beat em good next week. Clemson couldn't come close to a decent SEC team, which showed it is the best conference. Wake Forest represents the conference. But they won't be able to live up to the pressure of nat. championship. BC=No way. Sorry, No Matty Heisman this year.

I'm not saying that Clemson played well yesterday because obviously they didn't but teams change as the season goes on. It takes time for teams to gel and Clemson was so inexperienced in the trenches yesterday...thats where they got dominated. If they can somehow gel i think they are still an extremely dangerous team.

Will Florida win next week? Yeah, probably. However, at this point i am actually rooting for Miami.

Nobody knows anything about Boston College this year, including myself so i don't understand how you say that they aren't good without even seeing them play. Lets talk about the things i do know. I know that they have the one of the best front 7's in the whole country and i doubt many people will be able to run on them. The secondary was a big question mark for me yesterday but after watching the game they definitely have a lot of talent.

Offensively, they arent anywhere near the same team and thats why they are going back to their run first offense. I think last night we ran about 45 times compared to 18 passes. BC was a consistently good football team before Matt Ryan, and i'm pretty sure they will be a good football team after Matt Ryan. They have an amazing coaching staff who is going to get the absolute most out of those football players. People tend to forget that Boston College has won 8 straight bowl games..thats a pretty impressive number i'd say. Its a shame that every single year people underrate them, and ever single year they prove people wrong.

I'm not saying that they are National Title contenders but to say they aren't good at this point of the season is garbage.

Clemson didn't play great but to call them out of it and say Wake is the best ACC team is just stupid and shows you don't know much about college football fins08. The season isn't over, its only one game in. Plenty can and will change.

well after that clemson performance I dont think anyone can have much confidence in them being the best in the ACC so its not stupid to say that Wake is the best but we will see as the season goes on. and BC getting underated every year there like the new jersey devils of college football haha

I agree with you. They still have a great shot at winning the ACC and 1 game does not make a season. For all we know they could run the table and win the conference. Maybe they were just shaking off some rust in the first game.

Really, I was IN ATTENDANCE at the Alabama game. There's three obvious problems (listed in order of severity):

    1) O-Line
    2) Linebackers
    3) Chemisty and Intensity

Obviously, the top two everyone knew would be problems going in to this season. These units just need to play average to get the team winning. We will have a good chance to solve these problems in the coming weeks. The Chemistry and Intensity was what suprised me. The team didn't seem like they knew what each player was doing, and the crowd was out of the game by the end of the first half (except for Spiller's KO return).

Wake is the best team and should win the conference this year, but due to Clemson's cakecup schedule from here on out, most likely will win it. Although they have quite a lot to improve upon to be taken seriously.

The ACC is a joke this year and anyone who says otherwise is obviously keeping their loyalties close to heart, which they should. However, the ACC is not what is was, even the last few years when it was considered a down year. If those were down years, then this is the abyss.

I can agree with just about everything you said here and it very well could be the case, but i'm not ready to give up on this conference yet...not after 1 bad week. Maybe the teams that were predicted to be good arent, and other teams will step up. Who knows, i guess we'll see this week
