Is there anything other than the disk we'll need to buy for this?

That's a great list of songs. None of them are covers. You can import most of the songs from Rock Band one into the game, and I guess there's 20 free downloadable songs later.

    The setlist looks awesome.
I too prefer the GH3 wireless over the Rockband wired, but its not about the wired, more about the buttons.

good thing about the game is if you already own rock band, you can use the same instruments - although they did make new/improved if you want to go the bundle route.

you can also use the rockband stuff on the new gh as wel, but i think the drums on that kit have an extra button im not sure how that will work.

-also ALL DLC that you got for Rockband 1 will work in Rockband 2!!!!

(plus im the complete opposite with the guitar thing mentioned above - i HATE the gh guitar.. the buttons are all popped up instead of indented like a real guitar and its a stretch sometimes throws me off.. then again i am use to the rockband guitar and i play on the high fret so i can move/stretch my fingers way easier - play longer. i can play real guitar longer and stretch and do chords way easier than i can on the GH guitar lol)
