Francoeur isn't even average offensively, this isn't close.

Markakis was one of the best young hitters last season. Franceour is still looking to break out. Right now, Markakis.

Thanks to DeeMan for designing this sig.

Markakis is a five-tool player in my eyes.

He has a great arm (one of the leaders in outfield assists), excellent defensively, has speed, hits for power and average. The sky is the limit for him.

I will take him easily in this matchup.

Markakis hasn't even come close to fulfilling his potential yet, either. He's a really smart baseball player, too.

And, he was supposed to be a pitcher coming out of college.

And, I heard he can cure cancer too!!!!!

    But yeah, Markakis.

Markakis, by a lot. Francoeur's career OPS+ of 98 is not going to cut it in the outfield. He really needs to get some plate discipline.
