Just curious as to why Billingsley has no votes? Yet Lincecum and Cain have 12 and 9. Even though theres isnt much to compare Bills has a better career ERA+ then Cain and is only 5 points less then Lincecum. I meant to vote for him but I guess I didnt click it.
