Is there a way to view the forum without these annoying ads everywhere?

Yes. There are various ways to do that. Search some combo of ad and block on Google. I can't say what works, but i trust you'll find an answer that makes the site much friendlier.

I downloaded a free ad block and my screen is much cleaner now. Thanks for the help!

The flash-based ads with sound are particularly annoying -- especially when I'm at work. They are intrusive. Plus, on occasion the page hangs because the Flash Plug-in crashes (yes I have updated my flash player plugin and turned off hardware acceleration).
"The 90 wins is about challenge. It's about changing the conversation. It's about framing questions for ourselves as to how we get there. So I stand by the notion that we need to get better, and in doing so we need to set concrete goals for ourselves so that we have sort of specific conversations among ourselves about how we're going to get there." -- Mr. Alderson
