This is a cool convo. Truly, I don't know that much about Mexican football, but I do know about CD Guadalajara because my sister lived in Guadalajara in the 1970s, and one of she and her husband's best friends was on the team. As a kid, I always loved seeing the jerseys of Mexican football because they were so different from USA jerseys.

I didn't grow up in LB by any means, but used to live off of Junipero Ave. in one of the smallest apartments ever known to humankind. It was basically a closet with a stove and a "murphy bed" in it. Good times!

It's a big stylized "cat" face. I see a lot of jerseys around Kentucky
these days. Oh, I looked it up: Club Universidad Nacional A.C.
The jerseys I'm seeing are 1980s replicas, apparently. Very cool!

I grew up in Long Beach and was a red wings fan as well to when the NHL was on Fox and they won the back to back Cups. What part of Long Beach are you from? (the questions sounds gang related lol but its not)

I'm on the outter part of Long Beach near Lakewood next to the Long Beach Towne Center, if you're familiar with that area.

Anything else you care to share- As you can tell by the name I am a US Marine ( no longer active, but once a Marine always a Marine), I was on the first deployment to Afghanistan after 9/11 and it was a very defining time period for me. I look forward to delving into meaningful and productive conversations about our Raiders.
