martin, I fear is not going anywhere so maybe he can start to draw some players instead of chasing them off. first olli now bo and boynton. even with those 2 most likely gone i think the defense will be fine if they re-sign skratins and bring up ellrby and hopefully you see eminger step up and produce on the power play. as for tomas i dont think he is going anywhere which would not be a bad thing if we bring in some scorers and acutually play in the offensive zone a little this year. some one like a hossa or gaborik would be great. and you compliment them with a tough guy vet. like guerin and you could make a deep run in the playoffs. also i think a sign and trade with philly bo for briere would work for both sides maybe even get some picks out of it.

I try to forget that we used to have the best goalie in the game (who we got along with Olli for Mark Parrish and Oleg Kvasha (best panther trade ever))and let him go for Todd Bertuzzi, Bryan Allen, and Alex Auld (Worst panther trade ever). As for the here and now, I love the fact that Martin is gone let the Habs become the Hab nots dealing with him! Now we need someone who can make things happen. A few people I would like to see considered for the job (dosen't mean they will take it) would be Scotty Bowman cause he can flat out build a team, Ken Holland but I doubt he would leave the Red Wings, And finally Denis Potvin, They took him off the air for Bill Lindsay but the guy knows hockey maybe give him a shot.
