i have 101 or 102 posts and i still cant put any signatures..why is this??

Sometimes it takes the server a little time to realize you have enough posts.

you got to save a picture or whatever you want to be your sig on photobucket or image shack. In the edit sig box theres an image tag and you put that around the url of the picture.
For example mine
