I like it. That's all I am saying. I'm not in love with it but it could have been worse.

Assuming we tried everything possible to trade up and draft Kanter I guess it was the best pick.

I'm really not a huge fan. My only question is if he was so good how come we were the only team consistently linked to him? I feel like us and Toronto (since they seem to like Euro's) but no one else.

Thank God you're not running this team. Why would you want Jimmer at 6 and what value would he give to the Wizards. We need to add size. Why would we take 1s and 2s in the first round???? You must be Mormon. Is that why you're on Jimmer's ****?

As for Vesley, I like the pick. He's a freak athlete and can run the floor. He just needs to add strength to be a quality 4 in this league. He also needs to develop a jump shot and develop a back to the basket/post game. I think he can become a very good player in this league.

trade him. even if he could be big he could be pecherov 2.0.
at least he has a HOT! GF but still i would love if he works out but i do not trust Euro's. if he is great then ill eat crow and love him all the same but in till then i still do not like taking guys from across the pound unless they have played some kind of U.S. ball.

Always attacking. I'm so tired of your act. Let a person have his opinion and ask him to justify. And does that make you Czech to justify Vesely??? Come on. Stop judging.

TBH I wanna bring back Yi Jianlian (but other teams are apparently interested in him). Still need a PF, wonder if Hawks would be interested in anything so that we could get Josh Smith back.

    Wall-Crawford-Young-Vesely-McGee

    or

    Wall-Crawford-Singleton-Vesely-McGee

I like those together. They should be able to play around with a lot of different lineups next year. I actually hope Young leaves though. I like him but think it would be much better for the future to just give Crawford the PT he needs and not worry about Young getting his shots and playing time. After last year Young is not going to want to go back to a guy who hardy scores off the bench. But I like the different lineups that can be used even if Young comes back. Wall, Crawford, Young, Mack, Booker, Singleton, Vesely, Blatche, McGee. I hope Lewis can play well and we could trade him at the deadline.(Big maybe because of the contract but I'm not sure how much longer the contract is) Same with Josh Howard if he comes back. But if he plays well I think he would be easier to trade.(Cheaper and not signed long term)

agree...... i did not want vesely at all but i will not bash some one for liking the guy. he's probably really good, i just do not trust euro's in the draft unless the spent time around or playing u.s. high school or college ball.

jimmer would have been a nice back up SG if we could have gotten him at 18 but not at 6. they took the best player there i dont like the pick but i understand why they did it.

i think young is going to walk because other teams are going to offer him much more. i mean NY, the bulls, and the jazz are all teams that could use him and teams he could start on that are in a position to win a title. lets face it the bulls or NY would probably be able to lure him away with there stars alone.
    and
yi would have to take a pay cut because i doubt the wiz are willing to pay him that much.
