Granted, Nimmo has a .500+ BABIP, but he's still been incredible. What's remarkable is that his OBP is .100 points higher than his batting average. That's hard to do when you're hitting .400.
Lol getting no hit by Aaron Harang.
Yeah I like that feature too.
You're the man now, dogg.
The thing with Nimmo though is that he gets many of his strikeouts on called third strikes. It's not like he's just up there hacking.
Yeah I would imagine that his swing has changed. Either that or he's using a corked bat.
Nimmo is almost guaranteed a hit, a walk, and a strikeout every game. Dude is also hitting an even .400.
It's nice to see Cecchini hitting for power. Seems unlikely considering his slap-like swing from last season.
I think that Niese and Gee have the potential to net a nice return since they have both had moderate success at the major league level and are both inexpensive. They're also on the right side of 30....
Realistically, many of these pitchers will either bust or get injured. We do have a surplus of pitching, but it's not as large as many believe. I think that one or two arms will be moved for a bat....
Speaking of Game of Thrones, knowing the story up to the end of the fifth book grants so much power. I could ruin many a day with a few words. Valar Morghulis, Valar Dohaeris.
So hyped to see Mike Trout. Oh wait, I have MLB.tv
Do you really think he will hit .220?
Well he's also only 18 in a league where the average age is 21 years old.
Arya > everyone else.
Mets have won three of their last four. Getting to .500 would be nice.
I think I'm going to cancel my mlb.tv subscription. I didn't know that every home game would be blacked out.
Thanks a lot!
You'd be a great Scotch salesman. I'll take the 18!
Tell you what, Dirty, I'll pick up a bottle tonight. My birthday is on Sunday.
Clay said Scotch, not French.
