What about the bottom of the 11th, 24 hours later?
'95 made me a baseball fan; I was 9. Decided to start watching at the beginning of the season because there was someone on the team who was on pace to shatter Hank Aaron's career HR record...
I hate Tom Brady. For years I used that hatred to convince myself that he really wasn't that good. Sadly...he is that ****ing good.
If you're strictly talking zone read/option they didn't make a huge chunk of each teams offensive game plan:
Carolina 14.9%
Washington 13%
Seattle 5.6%
San Francisco 4.5%
Don't forget "Speedy Willie" Gault.
No one because the WR is 9.58?
Don't think it's necessarily true for any of them. Griffin just had more BLOS passes and quick routes thrown.
Griffin has a better arm, he was speaking in terms of measurables. However, I disagree with Griffin being the more accurate passer.
I love Matt Hasselbeck, you know that. And as much as I'd like to include him on the 'hawks Mt. Rushmore, mine includes: Steve Largent, Chuck Knox, Cortez Kennedy, and Paul Allen.
That's not the case, according to John Clayton and his sources.
Pretty sure he's saying it makes "0 sense" to compare player careers when you're talking about a given season...
Guess that answers the Harvin > Crabtree debate for this season :). Real ****** for Crabtree though, wouldn't wish that type of injury on anyone.
The Seahawks didn't cheat the Packers during that game, if anything, the ref who made the call did.
At the risk of getting back on topic...
The Seahawks do have an issue; league issue or not,...
Raven's biggest loss IMO was Boldin. The defense is improved overall comparatively to last year's squad, though they will be lacking Ray Lewis's emotional leadership.
Per a league source, Irvin was indeed suspended for Adderall use, according to KJR 950am's Dave Mahler.
Sherman tested positive in October and the information was leaked out in November. If Irvin tested positive in January it's possible that the appeals process forced it to last this long.
It's possible that it occurred late last season/during playoffs and after however many appeals finally came to fruition. However, if it indeed happened during the offseason, I'm with you.
Agreed.
And you've broken down each quarterbacks play and stats in each of their individual schemes? C'mon now. Just because a pass fits in the "1-10" yard range doesn't mean they are closer to 1 yard than...
On the contrary. Wilson was 4th in the NFL last season in Air Yards per completion (Kaepernick, Luck, Manning) and 2nd in Air Yards per attempt (Kaepernick). That doesn't happen if you're just...
Where did you find that stat?
ummm...
I was including Harvin's KR and rushing ability when I said he was > Crabtree. If you're talking about receiving ability exclusively, then sure, I buy the Crabtree argument.
Thank you. 85BD, I'm not saying Harvin has had better statistical seasons, just that he's better at football.

I agree with Brock's breakdown, I was just saying I understand how the national fan (not in Sea or SF) could like Kaepernick more.
