Pretty sure that no matter what happens, RR will at least get a month or two before they send him down.
They did that chant because the Leafs were beaten and it kinda symbolize that Blue Jays and not the Leafs are Toronto's team.
They said Morrow was just testing his pitches, so pretty much all off speed pitches, he didn't care about the result as long as he got to test some things.
Not sure i can say the same about Cecil...
There is a big difference between striking out to colliding with your team mates over pop outs.
He kinda did the same thing today with EE today.
My point is, Cano is way too full of himself.
After hearing AA it sounds like if Cooper is able to come back, we have a good chance of getting him back.
Jeffress has potential but missing command i guess. AA is hoping he will be the end product this year, so who knows.
Happ isn't crying or anything, he just said (after asked about it) that he...
Which brings the previous idea that it might be better to have Romero start after Dickey.
Did you guys notice how pissed Cano was when he tried to call Reyes off and Reyes still caught the pop out? To me that shows that Cano is a terrible team player and with all his production, we should...
He has good numbers in 1B, that's probably the only thing they are looking at.
The only way it will happen is if Cano will say he wants to be a Blue Jay.
Seems like Cano loves being with Reyes so he may want to be with us, those guys are multi millionaires, i would assume ~14 million a year would be enough but when it comes to money, other things tend...
I really hope he was released so it makes it easier now for AA rather than actually letting him go.
Hopefully AA told him we will resign him when he gets better.
Not sure why people think he's not...
That is one big BS. Happ was interviewed and all he said that he prefers to start playing with the big club but he knows the situation and he also knows that it's only a matter of time before he will...
I'm just glad that Lawrie didn't kill himself in the fist fight. Knowing him he would probably be the first to lay some punches and get hurt.
Also, watching Robinson was so painful today. He got hit...
Bautista tries to do it nicely by talking to the umpire without looking at him. I find it funny to be honest and it also takes the sting out of what the umpire might do in return.
Dickey started bad but was able to somewhat get to his spot later.
I liked the fact that they didn't try to bunt against him and the second he was out of the game, they bunted like crazy.
How do you judge that? He was hitting around .600 before he left to DR. In the two exhibition games with DR he was hitting 1.000, something like 8 for 8.
I'm pretty sure if Buehrle becomes useless, it will be near impossible to trade him.
What does he do to strain his rib cage? Talk too much?
Lawrie only had 1 at bat tonight, any idea why he was replaced? Hopefully he didn't hurt himself again. Anyone know what happened? I wish there was a live feed.
87-89 on a 2 seamer would probably mean 91-93 on 4 seamer. If that's the case then he should be fine, at least for now.
Wasn't it because they already had a catcher?
Granderson is out for 10 weeks with broken forearm. Happ killed him.
So happy to see Bautista scores a home run.
