Not sure if this was posted anywhere else...

Big blow to the 49ers IMO. Crabtree had a nice rapport w/ Kaepernick and they are the only team in the NFC that really worries me so.
One of my all-time favorites. Thanks #54.
I am not expecting him to light the world on fire, but it did take Martellus Bennett a couple of years for everything to click. We will see.
I hear ya. I am the eternal optimist when it comes to my Bears.

Or conversely look at the talent we never had…haha

Jay is going to have a monster year and a have a blast while doing it. Don't know what those blowhards at ESPN are going to talk about.
Was it Oakland a few years back were we gave up 8 first half sacks or something like that in the preseason?
Just cut the bum or trade him for a 7th and be done with it. Let someone who is willing to show up and earn the respect of their teammates fight for a roster spot.

I sad yes before the draft although I was thinking it wouldn't be until next year given the amount of dead money this year.
^hate to speculate, but have to wonder if he is upset that he isn't in our future plans.

Correct. I probably should have put it in the Rookie training camp thread.

Not a bad swing guard/tackle to have on your bench, but definitely not the contribution I envisioned from Carimi when drafted.
Don't forget Jonathon Scott. It honestly doesn't appear that Carimi is in the running for a starting spot along the line.
It really sucks that Long is ineligible for rookie OTAs. If he really is going to open the season as our starting LG we need all the time we can get with him.

Hester hands down. Not only for what he has meant to this city/team, but Cribbs's injury history is concerning.
