You obviously didn't see the update at 10:30 AM ET (10 minutes before you posted) that the deal was finalized.

Pretty sure the link had an update around 10:30 AM ET that said the deal was done (Asante for 6th rounder), ATL was just finalizing it AKA restructuring Asante's deal.
