Ok, I got it this time. The date my game says is 7-16-92. Is that the correct date?

OOTP cannot load this database because file world.dat is missing. Then I click ok and it says The loading of the database failed. It is either corrupt or a save-game from an old version.

I requested to take over for the Reds. I installed the program, it shows up on my start menu, but when I click it, nothing happens. Anyone know how I can fix this?
