Gotta love reading this ****
I agree but it is the Royals. They gave us Melky for Sanchez so Dayton Moore isn't the brightest guy in baseball.
I like this series at home. We need to take it. Rockies aren't this good!! I do like Zito at home, as well as Cain. Belt is going to get a splasher!!
I had high hopes for him too but just saw the writing on the wall and knew the likelihood of him being our future superstar wasn't that high. Past two seasons a lot of posters were putting Brown in...
Exactly! And let's not forget James Shields option possibly not being picked up.
?
Wait what? Montero isn't good enough to be a big league catcher? Oh yeah, most saw that coming
Glad to see some of you cool your jets on Brown. I was never high on him in the first place.
Good point and to be honest, I don't really care if he ever develops power. I care about him playing better than average defense and getting on base.
There are quite a few quality pitchers in next year's free agent class so filling multiple spots in the rotation should not be a problem.
That far down in the first round, you have to draft the best player available.
Someone to keep an eye on
Scutaro has now reached base safely twice in 14 games in a row
I also said LaRoche did everything right too which is attributed to skill, not luck. Yes Belt got out but not because of luck or bad luck. There is two sides to luck so I don't see how one can have...
Tough loss but it's still good to see the Giants show they will never quit! Sucks Affeldt just set a ball on the tee for Harper and then him and the infield on different pages against Espinoza. Also...
My thoughts exactly! If you're going to pitch away, have Scutaro cover that hole. Bad communication!
Not at all. It sucks but it's not "luck". You're saying Harper and LaRoche were somehow lucky to make those plays which isn't the case. I just HATE when people attribute the game of baseball to luck....
Wasn't really bad luck
Damn good play by LaRoche! ****!
MVPosey!!
Belt has back tightness and Sandoval is ill.
Awesome, thanks!
And Harper did pull up ala Nelson Cruz in the 2011 WS. He barely touched the warning track too. Definitely out of his element.
Conor Gillaspie is now hitting .283/.349/.434
Nate the Great is now hitting 285/.321/.520
Melky Cabrera has heated up to a .282/.320/.376
Valdez was good when healthy, he just never could stay healthy. Velez just sucked
