as of now Nike is only making the jerseys, they will not be redesigning them, unless asked by a team and approved by the nfl, so the college nike combat jerseys arent coming to the NFL unless teams...

I'm fine with the colors, but if I were Ross I'd be the first to go to Nike and ask for a redesign.

I'd be ok with a slight change in colors too, but not a complete overhaul, i have to much teal...

i agree, coaches like to clean house, but sources have already said Gruden and Cowher aren't wanting to come into a rebuilding team, so that crosses them off the list.

I'm not sure a firesale is needed, and the Grudens and Cowhers dont want to inherit a mess, they want to just have to fix a few problems and start contending, so to do a firesale puts all of our eggs...
