How is this thread still open?
The NBA is the x-factor. They want to see LeBron/Curry finals, then Cavs win in 6. If they play it sort of neutral, Hawks in 5.
Don't see why Brooklyn should be overly bummed by last game. They had a solid chance, again, to take a game in Alanta. Just want them confident they can win rather than trying to convince themselves.
Jack's turnover didn't help, but that quick 3 did hurt. Nets lost, but they still put a true scare into them when the Hawks really played a great game and got all the loose balls.
Nets are still...
Well, Hawks are raptors, too.
Atlanta still has a good team and the 15th pick. They can be better next year pretty easily.
Get off the record. Nets underperformed terribly during the season, but they've been playing this series so far like they should have been playing all year. And it's not like they never had any games...
And Brooklyn is nowhere near as bad as their record.
No matter what happens in this series, the Raps going out in 4 straight, and being blown out in the final game, is as bad a performance as you...
Why? Because they beat Toronto? They were playing like c--p for a long while before that series.
Just give Brooklyn some credit. They're playing well.
Nets will beat the Wiz.
I just want to know where all the Nets-really-s---k guys went. They were right there in games 1 and 2 and looked confident today. Nets haven't done well with success, but this is getting interesting.
Well, yeah, obviously I don't really expect it to go this way, but I would prefer the Nets and Celts over any other ten in the East, so It's more a wish. To a point.
Folks do underestimate the...
Nets in 6
Raps in 6
Celts in 7
Bulls in 5
Nets in 6
Celts in 6
Celts in 6
Pierce has been one of my favorite guys in the league since before the big 3. And most folks at that time, outside of Boston, really didn't think of him as anything special. But why is this such a...
Crazy that in such a short time first there was Mirza Teletovic, then Jerome Kersey, and on the heels of Kersey, Bosh. Pretty spooky. Mirza, by reports, should be OK to play again (lookingg forward...
And the player the team picks has to have been on the floor when the foul occurred but has to come for the remainder of the game from that point on?
The rivalry between the Lakers and Celts is a finals rivalry. True that any meeting of the two teams in the playoffs would have history giving it a bit more fuel, but it wouldn't be the same rivalry....
Three out and just coming into the All Start break? If Durant can be healthy they should make it. But they're not really a contender, so what does it really matter? I don't live anywhere near OKC, so...
Hindsight is 20/20. But there is no way the Knicks could accept a total strike out at that point, they knew full well they were overpaying for too long a term.
Amare's first year on the Knicks...
I figure the Knicks have already approached him about this and this is just a face-saving thing to make it seem as if it was his idea. They owe him that much since whether they overpaid him or not,...
The league should go back to two divisions per conference and restructure conferences so East is East and West is West before they mess with this.
Obviously, if top 16 teams (or whatever number)...
Nothing in the original post that said your choices couldn't be on the injured list. PG was a starter and if PG is playing he is a starter.
Given that this season is so far advanced and a team is...
