pads should toss in tyson ross to the kemp deal lol
i thought wilson mightve been able to turn it around with a new season, but i don't mind the dfa. hopefully its a precursor for moves in the bullpen
Is Anderson a real upgrade over Harren at basically the same amount of money?
the same thing happened last year back of the rotation got hurt and the likes of kevin corriea and roberto hernandez were starting pitchers for LA. While I think Weiland and reed are better than...
I think this pretty much ends any Hammels to LA talk, the focus should be on the bullpen now
dodgers FO is taking a lot of risks this offseason, hopefully they pay off. This could get ugly really quick if anyone in the rotation gets hurt.
I wonder how much of ethier's contract the dodgers will have to eat to dump him
what kind of money/years do you guys think shields will get?
Plaschke's take on the trade
dodgers still need to dump ethier or crawford imo
i feel like la could've done better, grandal isn't a whole lot younger than kemp, has been suspended, injured his acl in 2013, has only 24 career homers, and his average to below average defensively....
if the dodgers had to trade kemp, they should've have gotten a better deal and preferably not to a nl west team
I don't think grandal is worth kemp but money talks i guess, dodgers will surely miss kemp next year.
espn said dodgers sent both barnes and heaney to the angels
howie also has one year left could be a one and done player for dodgers while heaney would've been a dodgers for years. something to think about
howie trade makes sense, wonder who they'll bring in as the number 5 starter now
would've preferred shields over mccarthy, the dee trade was great, and I'm still hoping the dodgers hang onto to kemp for another year I think he'll have a mvp caliber season
quite the accomplishment, but is understandable when considering the frail nature of the east, where the first round for the 1 seed is essentially a bye
seems like the front office is focused on winning in the future rather than next year
if dodgers are in "win-now" mode they shouldn't trade kemp/greinke
hopefully the front doesn't stand pat with the current team, theres no way the dodgers make it farther playoffs than last year with a hanley-less squad
this Mike Bolsinger guy doesn't seem too bad
still hope the F.O brings back hanley and keeps kemp
i remember reading that artest and ben wallace could bench like 450+ for one rep
