Hey guys I havent quit, just stopped posting here but im gonna start again. Made ok progress but could have easily been more if i worked harder, honestly im a bit disaponted in myself.
DAY 11- Arms

Day 10 - Legs

Been making good progress the past two days but been slacking on the log recording.
Great work, defiantly alot further than I am. Just wondering, why dont you do BB bench for chest?
Is there actually a difference in protein shakes? Some people have told me there is, some have told me its all the same and its just about which has the most calories/protein. I'm currently taking...
