The Braves and Indians names in general are pretty racist. There really needs to be a team called the honkies just to make things more even. I dare someone to say they wouldn't buy a Honkies hat.

I don't think they are. Honkies is an insult but I've never seen Indian or Brave used as an insult. I think it would be an honor/respect thing.

As for the Braves cap, I get why Indian and Redskin are offensive. But Brave? How is that different from Vikings, Trojans, Spartans, Knights, Cavaliers etc? Would it be bad to have a team called the Seattle Samurai? Maybe there's something to the etymology that I don't know. I'd like it if someone could actually shed some history on the term and that specific image (I get the issues w/ Chief Wahoo) beyond just "they're racist"?
