right now I'm not taking any. but the best is probably Orange TRIad
How many times a day do you have to take OT?
Also what's your opinion on: Animal Pak & Douglas Lab Multi's?
From everything I've heard around here Orange Triad is the best! I don't take multi-vitamins regularly but I did take OT over the summer and I definitely think it helped me out. I'd pick some up again now but I'm a little strapped for cash.
Orange Triad is 3 pills, 2x a day, I did with breakfast and dinner. I can't speak too much for Animal Pak or Douglas Lab, but Orange Triad was great!
I also can't speak for animal pak or douglas labs
The only thing I really notice from multi's is how often I'm sick and how sore I am. I haven't been sore, not sick while taking Opti-Men. No real boost of energy or anything like that, but I normally get plenty of sleep, so I doubt that would be a problem without the vitamin.
I like it, but I'm not probably not the best test subject. However, a lot of the internet seems to like it as well, so I'd say give it a try.
Orange Triad is great! I switched to that from Super Pak by beverly international. Animal Pack is too many pills, you get the same quality in less dosages from Orange Triad.
I take orange triad and inject 1ml b-12 once a week
Orange triad is awesome. I take 3 pills twice daily. I highly recommend taking the full 6 pill dosage to take full advantage of the added complexes.
is the diffrence in quality, and benifit that great? i normally just take 1 walmart multi vit, twice a day.
am i missing out? i know the walmart multi vit, are enormously cheaper.
i can get 100 tabs for like 5 bucks, and 1 tab is 1 serving...
would love input, i love value, but i also want results...
Please determine your intake vs your rdi first. Taking vitamin supplements sounds harmless, but there are toxicity in most vitamins. You don't want to damage your organ(s) and you don't want to complicate anything. Foods are good source of vitamins. Proper diet should suffice your needs.
