Focus, Talent, bringing the talent together...that all falls onto the coaches shoulders. The players are not playing for the guy...period. They are tuned out and they have not bought in for some reason. To me then...it is a coaching issue. So...BC's biggest mistake is not pullng the trigger on Casey

The real problem is that there are NO veterans on this team!!! Look how NYC flourished with old farts like Kidd and Wallace!!!

This was BC's biggest mistake and spending on ****ing Fields when we could of used it on anyone else.

There was a comment about how bargs just looks disinterested and stands around launching shots. that to me says that he isn't incorporated into the offense....or if you take Bramica's thread about the Motion Offense...there is NO offense...which then backs up my claim that this is a COACHING ISSUE! lol

It's not the Gm, the coach, the players. It is the whole organization. Rogers and Bell need to get their act together and set down some rules.

That's really not their job.

It's the GM to set the rules. Rogers/Bell need to trust the GM, but ultimately, it is all the GMs decision.

BC has really made a mess of this situation, and counting on Bargs to be our number 1 option. We didn't predict he would suck so much @$$, but BC has to find a way to fix this.

They just need a veteran coach FFS! Get SVG or JVG and I'll be happy then trade Bargnani and whatever in the world else to get Paul Millsap as long as it isn't ED or DD.

I think the truth is that Casey is struggling as much as the players right now. Could BC have picked up better talent? Sure. How, I'm not so sure. But the talent we have right now should be doing better than this.
