Like I say, INT waiting to happen. All i'm saying is, say its the NFC Championship game, against say, the Packers. Who would you rather playing? A INT and Sack waiting to happen against a very very good defense, or a proven field general, who doesn't throw many hollywood passes, and doesnt think he is a Madden 04 version of Michael Vick. I would trust Smith 1 million times more.

Its because he touched it once knocking it back towards the goal line then picked it up. Its illegal because the 2nd touch would move the spot of the ball back for the 49ers. Thats my understanding anyway.
