I love "Muscle Hamster". It's so bad that it's good. Legatron is also really funny. Megatron is good, but they just took it from a movie.
As far as older ones go, I'm not sure it gets better than Primetime. It fit so perfect and was so original.
Nicknames these days are utterly unoriginal and usually without merit.
