Sources: Chargers To Fire Norv Turner, A.J. Smith At End Of Season
Kevin Acee of the UT reported today that Norv and A.J. will be seeking employment at the end of the season. The article is on the Chargers page of PSD. I know some of you guys are trying not to think of the "Chargers right now but what are your guys thoughts?
See ya! Finally putting an end to an era that should have never started. Norv Turner has never been an effective head coach and should not have been given a chance with the roster we had. I think we would have been to and won atleast one Super Bowl if Marty would have been our head coach.

well dean came out and basically said he hasn't discussed his off-season plans. but even if we manage another 8-8 season, it's hard to imagine norv back. dude has blown countless HC chances here, in washington, and in oakland.
will believe when i see it.
After today's performance, somebody needs to get fired. When Alexander doesn't even catch a ball, you know you are going to lose.
