LA is the place to be
Hamilton to LAA would be great for the Red Sox. There would be an Ellsbury bidding war either this winter or mid-season.
Hamilton makes sense in LAA in terms of fit for team and him.
If that helps us move Ellsbury - good.
Im so done with the Red sox.im pissed. We actually do need a LF power bat. I don't get this 3 year rule the red sox are preaching.Even Mike Hazen said it doesn't work, so why are they steadfast on holding onto it. Goodluck signing any good freeagent for three years. Watch them sign Nick swisher to a 4 year deal and overpay.
I might as well be the first one to post this. Countdown to when John Farrell gets fired. This lineup as constituted isnt doing ***. Farrell was just brought in to put on a happy face for the media and the fans.
If you are going to hire a new manager, at least give him a fighting chance. Basically farrell success depends on our prospects. Goodluck with that Farrell.
i will post you the link.listen to it.

You're wrong. Farrell is deeply connected to the Red Sox FO and owners. He's not going anywhere in 2013, 2014, or 2015 at the least. Since the expectations of the reasonable fans and media shouldn't be very high this year or next year, Farrell will have lots of opportunity to do his job.
The Sox FO and ownership is invested in Farrell because they wanted him so badly, it would make them look stupid to chop him if we start 32-50 this year - in particular if injuries are playing a big part.
Farrell is excellent with the media, scouting, and coaching. He's more liable to be kicked upstairs if he doesn't manage well than actually getting fired.
Farrell's long term future has to do with the specs, but it is far from his only opportunity to make this job work.
Also if Napoli ends up signing, say goodbye to Swisher.
Farrell will be here long term. I'd be shocked if hes here for anything less than 5 years.
If true going to be one powerful lineup and a possible threatQuote:
JonHeymanCBS #angels moving in on hamilton. people connected to team seem very confident hamilton will be an angel.
