Idk if its been said but Charlie batch. He is a great leader and so smart. I think he would have a good connection since he was a backup and that is pretty much what they have to do, let players feel confident in his skills and be ready at all times for everything. He's obviously doing something right because how many backups play to 38?
As for Peyton I would rather him as a commentator. His football knowledge and people skills are unmatched. I feel it would draw people to watch the games too.
Ray Lewis. His talent for motivating guys and his knowledge for the game is a combination that's going to make him a great coach. Excellent people skills so I think he's going to be a head coach if he wants to.
