Not a Martin "fan" per se but the guy seemed to able to handle the pitching staff and the team saw what the effects of having a "good" catcher are. Very strange to let him go over a few mill... :eyebrow:
NOBODY is getting a Multiyear deal. Especially not a .211 catcher.
I'm sure they offered him one year and he passed.
