Personally, I like both. I love the variety of different stadiums to play in and all the different school traditions on NCAAF 13, but Madden 13 is awesome game and they have made plenty strides to improve on that brand, as well. Really, you can't go wrong with either one. :D
I bought both, and enjoyed them both, but Madden is by far the better game.
The gameplay of madden blows NCAA out of the water.

If you don't like Connected Careers, gte NCAA. Personally, I prefer NCAA because I just like college football more than the NFL.
NCAA...Madden sucked ever since it hit PS3/360
I actually think this years madden is by far the best gameplay wise.
Haven't tried this years NCAA.
