Personally I think if I had seen someone post that trade here as a possibility I would have laughed out loud, and called the guy a moron.

My mom's reaction when I told her about the trade.." I didn't think Mathis was very good when we saw him play"........
I picked option 1. Just goes to show some of the trades that are suggested here could actually happen.
Option 1 - definitely.
Option 1 - still seems too big to have actually happened. I mean, 4 all-stars moving in the same trade, all going to the same team? Ludicrous idea.
Option 1 no doubt.
Ignored it. It's still hard to imagine a team unloading 3 of their 4 best players, especially without landing the Jays' top prospect.
When Johnson was available at the deadline. We were talking about names like D'Arnaud, Sanchez and Syndergaard. Which I thought was fair that at least one those guys were included.
With the inclusion of Reyes and Buehrle the Jays decreased their quality of the return and increased quantity. It was quite amazing what AA pulled off. Rogers used there money to get star players which in turn decreased what they had to give up.
This is a very interesting trade the Jays made. They have very little holes on this team and still have a top farm system.
Definitely option 1.
Has to be 1. My daughter called me and yelled at me for stealing their team. Like it was my fault......:)
So for those of you picking option one, maybe we should find a better way to respond to those types of posts in the future.
ok this trade makes me believe that the nationals will trade us harper, strasburg and gonzalez for d'arnaud and maicer izturis
