FoC, you're in PR. You know business. You don't try to get people to NOT buy your product despite it sucking. It's their job to shill it and to get people to buy it.
There will always be people looking to buy them, and there's nothing wrong with them sending out an e-mail.
There are many things to be critical of, but this isn't one.
Raising ticket prices after last season is certainly one, but not them sending an e-mail for you to purchase them. They need money, what else will they do?
