I think the obvious odd man out is Millsap and I think this happens sooner than later. ( I also think we let Al expire because we cant find a trade partner for him and we wont resign him unless we get him for 9-11 per which we wont)
top 3 trade scenarios i see as plausible are as follows
orlando picks up paul and hopes to resign him. gives up unprotected first this year. we get a trade excpetion and a potential top#5 pick for paul ( this deal could be done for al as well)
pistons dump the hairless wonder and pick up a huge upgrade at PF for them. all it costs them is thier first this year ( unprotected )
plus we get houstons pick
IDK its very hard to come up with realistic scenarios
i think a realistic trade partner could be the sixers. there were rumors of them wanting big al before they got bynum. but with bynum out for the year most likely an philly wanting to contend i think we can dump al for a backup big like spencer hawes who i really like and one of their shooting guards.
I really want al gone in order to give favors an kanter more time but especially favors and that wont happen till al is gone.if we can get a few young cheaper pieces to add to our core id pull the trigger

I don't like Millsap's body language the past few weeks. He doesn't seem to be comfortable with his role and is not playing as well. Favors is stealing his minutes and he can't be thrilled with that. I agree with Draino, I think Millsap is the obvious man out right now.
Up to now I have thought that Millsap would be the better fit here in the future but I have kind of changed my tune on that. Al has been a great mentor to the youngens and seems to have taken an active leadership role this year! It is still very early and I know the organization is going to get every bit of information before they do anything but I think Al has taken the early lead here.
I don't want to put down the trade ideas because I support giving Kanter and Favors the minutes, but understand this is going to be a weak draft. The only guy I like is Shabazz Muhammad who is like Kidd-Gilchrist lite. I'm intrigued by Myck Kabongo but without getting to see him play this year I don't like the odd of him being our point guard of the future.
like I have said before its hard finding a team that would want millsap as an upgrade over their current pf and if they do need a pf they don't have the assets we would want.
I like the Eric Bledsoe trade. He deserves starter minutes and is eternally stuck behind CP3. I would give them Al or Paul for their playoff run this year. I think this trade makes sense for both teams. Other inconsequential players would have to be involved to make the deal work.
^They already have Griffin and Jordan. Plus Bledsoe's Chris Paul's insurance.
No way the Spurs give us Leonard for Millsap. I don't really see a trade out there that will give us equal value for Millsap. The best thing to do would be to just let him expire and walk. Better that than filling the cap room with someone we don't want like Villanueva.
I'm not sure millsap value is very high for other teams right now. Also if we trade big al it better be for someone that can score like he can cause if not we would take multiple steps back. I don't know if you all have seen all the games or not but when he isn't in there our offense is below average at best.
True but they have no depth, only Turiaf and Odom who suck and average 1 point a game each. If they lost Bledsoe they could play Billups, Crawford, or Green. Bledsoe is only getting 19 minutes and deserves 30. The Clippers second unit is getting no scoring from their frontcourt and has no balance. Millsap gives them that for a deep run into the playoffs.

I love the Bledsoe trade! I hate odom but he could give us a few minutes as a 4th big guy and it would give Favors and Kanter all the time they'd need.
Mo, Bledsoe, Tins
Foye, Hayward, Burks
Favors, Odom, Evans
We'd be a little small at PG and SG with Mo, Bledsoe and Foye all getting major minutes there but we'd get bigger at PF and C with Favors and Kanter getting millsap's minutes.
