Halladay. He has a Down year, but he is the better pitcher and cheaper.
Moving forward? Lee. But it's basically a toss-up. I think Halladay will decline a little more in the next couple years than Lee.

This is a really great question. I love Cliff Lee but I went with Halladay. I just enjoy watching him pitch.
