Anybody doing it? Or would anybody be up to a league for all of us in the Texans forum?
i've tried to do this the last few years and have given up.
I'd be down.
next year, it is kind of late isn't it? lol
as for my teams this year, I haven't been making good decisions, I've made decisions based on logic and logic laughs in my face haha.
My roster for week 4:
QB Tony Romo
WR Julio Jones
WR A.J. Green
RB LeSean McCoy
RB Darren Sproles
TE Brandon Pettigrew
W/R Adrian Peterson
BN Dennis Pitta
BN Brandon Lloyd
BN Dez Bryant
BN Malcom Floyd
K Justin Tucker
DEF Seattle
would ya'll make any changes? (I got lucky I benched Pitta about 15 minutes before the Thursday game and he was trash, 0 points!)
im 2-1 (only reason i lost week 1 i cause i faced a guy with matt ryan AND julio jones). my team for this week:
Tom Brady
MJD (got him in the 6th round. steal)
Doug Martin
AJ Green
Vincent Jackson
Gronk
Frank Gore
Justin Tucker
NE D
Bench:
Big Ben
Michael Bush
Kenny Brit
Stephen Hill
Mike Wallace
Brandon Pettigrew
I'm in 1st in my league, my team is
QB
Drew Brees
Joe Flacco
RB
Jamaal Charles
Frank Gore
Stevan Ridley
Alfred Morris
WR
Brandon Marshall
Steve Smith (CAR)
Dwayne Bowe
Jeremy Maclin
TE
Rob Gronkowski
Jason Witten
Owen Daniels
K
Shayne Graham
DEF
Houston
Arizona
rhino, can t.e.'s start as flex in your league? if not i'd consider packaging one of them with one of your wide out's for a better wide out.
nasty group of rb's though.
I'd be down to start one, I'm 4-0 in my league, roster is in my sig
I'm already doing a couple with my wrestling buddies I'm 3-1 in both oddly enough haha
Well maybe we can start one next year at the beginning of the season. I prefer ESPN's over NFL's. Anybody else have a favorite?
Right now I'm getting experience in espn and yahoo but I don't have a preference
espn
my team:
qb: Aaron Rodgers
RB: Trent Richardson, Stevan Ridley, Ryan Williams
WR: AJ Green, Hakeem Nicks, Dwayne Bowe, Miles Austin, Denarius Moore, Torrey Smith, Kenny Britt
TE: Fred Davis, Dennis Pitta
Defense: Patriots, Seahawks.
I need to upgrade my rb's..I didn't want to reach for anyone and nobody was falling to me so i just took wide outs with a future trade in mind.
QB-Newton/Ponder
RB-D.Williams, R.Mathews/Spiller, Ridley
WR-Greem, Bowe/ Jennings, Amendola
TE-Gronk, Celek, Hernandez
D/ST- Bears/Falcons
K-Tucker
3-1 record so far.
so going into week 5 I am 1-3 so I've made some crazy moves this past week, one being trading Lesean McCoy and Ryan Fitzpatrick for Chris Johnson and Philip Rivers now I'm working on trading AJ Green and Malcom Floyd for Decker and Newton. If this trade goes through I'm looking at:
QB-Newton/Rivers
RB-Chris Johnson/Sproles/Peterson
WR-Julio Jones/Dez Bryant/Decker/Brandon Lloyd
TE-Brandon Pettigrew/Heath Miller
D/ST-Vikings (no waiver wire in my league so I play defense by committee)
K-Greg Zuerlein (aka Legatron)
at this point I'm desperate so I'm going to roll with this assuming it goes through.
eh imo you really shoulda kept mccoy and green and worked with your other guys...
idk that newton, johnson, and decker together can replace the weekly output they had...maybe if johnson really has figured his junk out...if so then maybe you win those trades.
AJ Green has been a stud for me. i'm still pissed i went up against Matt Ryan AND Julio Jones week one. otherwise i'd be 4-0
for my flex i need to play one:
Jonathan Stewrt
Kenny Britt
Michael Bush
also im in a bind, do i go Brady (great track record and in a likely shootout VS Denver) or Big Ben (been absolutely killing it)?
