I think with the cell mass I take twice a day I get a little over 5g. Thanks bro
Mixes fine if you have a blender bottle. Might have to shake once or twice after initial shaking if some settles. I've never had an issue with it.
At 5g a day is it better to take 2.5g in the morning and the other 2.5g after workout?
I don't take just straight bcaa, the only time I get that is with my protein drinks and cell mass.
I drink cit mal during my workouts. Scoop before and after too
BCAA= Branch Chained Amino Acids. It is a complete protein. Absolutely critical in building muscle and maintaining size.
I have BCAA in my whey already, is that enough for the day or is the cell tech/ cell mass worth/ needed?
