NHL 13 Flyers Ratings
A few headscratchers for me, but overall decent. I think EA is trying to stop the jacked up ratings where they give out 90's like candy.
My headscratchers are...
Mez - 84? Should probably be 79-80
Schenn and Couts should probably be 80
Wellwood should be above Rinaldo and probably 72.
Bryz 86 might be too high.
Don;t these usually go by age/time in the league though? I'd assume Schenn and Couts will go up rather quickly. I'll be getting it this year too. First time in like 6 years.
G! Like a boss.

SO psyched about this game. love the NHL series.
Read, Grossmann, Voracek need to be waaay higher.
Anyone play on xbox?
that has to be the explanation for this, Schenn and Coots SHOULD be 81's min, Icing on the cake is Rinaldo being higher then Wellwood

I'm fine with Read, Grossman, and Voracek. I'm glad they stopped handing out high ratings like candy. When discussing with some friends before the ratings came out, I was thinking:
Hartnell (85) - Giroux (92) - Voracek (81)
Schenn (80) - Briere (83) - Simmonds (82)
Read (78) - Couturier (81) - Fedetenko (76)
Wellwood (73) - Talbot (79) - Rinaldo (70)
Coburn (86) - Grossman (80)
Timonen (84) - Mez (79)
Schenn (80) - Gus (76)
The question is why dont they have Fedotenko on there and Betts is? Just wacky.
these games get finished early in the off-season. if they aren't signed early enough they aren't put on the right rosters.

Voracek's a consistent 50 point player, 82 sounds good. Mez looks like an overrate. Nice to see Coburn get some love. Only guy I really think got shafted was Wellwood. The rest seems pretty spot on, imo.
it depends on their in depth stats too. like Couts' defensive abilities (poke-check, back-check, def. awareness, etc.) are probably pretty high. other stuff like speed, agility, shooting ability, etc. that weren't prominently displayed by him last season will be lower, therefore lowering his overall.

I'll be on xbox and may GT is my name here.
PSN name is DaViDaKiiS. Will be getting this game.
I think ratings should be
Hartnell 85-Giroux 92-Voracek 83
Schenn 80-Briere 84-Simmonds-83
Read-82-Couturier 80-Wellwood 75
Rinaldo 71-Talbot 79-Fedotenko 78
Coburn 85-Grossmann 82
Kimo 84- Mesz-80
Schenn 81- Bourdon 75
Niko Hovinen 72
Just some ratings I thought would be pretty accurate. Obviously I cant tell about the rookies i havent seen play but based on what Ive read i think they are reasonable.
