I did my first ever weighted chin up on Tuesday BW (176lb) + 20lb. 2 sets 3 reps

Squats: 345lbs x 2
Dead Lifts: 335lbs x 1
I wasn't even scheduled to do dead lifts today but I wanted to fit them in at the end of my workout. Hopefully I can break this one again Saturday when they're my first lift! :jumpy:

225x5 for my last set on the bench yesterday. Thinking of trying to max next week and shooting for ~275-280
I was really happy with my bench yesterday. Went:
(in between last 3 sets x10 was doing falling push ups against bench)
What do you guys thinks a reasonable weight to try and max at? Think the most I've ever done was 275, so was thinking of shooting for 280-285..
Just got away from that kind of lifting, and went into more functional stuff. Bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, trx, etc..
I didnt lose that much strength though, so ill be back within a month or so id say.
Squat 315x20.. could have got more but it was set of 20, not max reps
