Went to Costco to get some things, and found some brand of crackers called "34 Degree".
Only 35 calories per 9 cracker serving, they're not bad at all. Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, natural cheese flavor, salt. Nothing else.
Had a chicken salad sandwich and half a roast beef sandwich, both on 7 grain.
1 Scoop of my new Vanilla flavored Trutein

ughh fckd up last night and ate a massive bowl of oatmeal before bed... had to be 100 carbs smh... anyways eggs and a small bowl of oatmeal about 8am and just had a protein shake : /
