Round 2, who plays who sits?

Game 4. Gustaffson needs to sit, either Kubina or Bourdon need to play. Jagr either needs to step it up or sit him. Rinaldo needs to play in game 4, at least he'll play with energy. If Couturier can't play then Rinaldo is in I would guess. Not much more can be changed, unless you sit Jagr for a game, then Harry Z or Holmstrom would get a chance.
