My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by the middle school shooting innNewton, conn. Where 18 middle school kids where shot and killed today along with 8 others.

Speculation is the shooter was a child of one of the teachers.

Absolutely disgusting. Don't even know what else to say about that.

I work in an elementary school and immediately thought of all the little 5 year olds that come to my program. I've been on the verge of tears all day, words can't even describe. Who could even consider doing something like this?

Elementary school. As in kindergarten-4th grade. As in 5-10 year olds. As in the shooters mother was a kindergarten teacher and she and most of her 5 year old kindergarten class are unaccounted for.
